Order Placement

To place an online order, follow these simple steps:

1. Select the products you want to buy;
2. Add these items to the Shopping List – click on "Add to shopping list" button below each product, indicate the desired quantity;
3. Go to your Shopping List and review your order;
4. Make changes if necessary;
5. Enter you name, mailing address, phone number and email address, double-check your details for accuracy (for orders outside Kyiv also select shipping method);
6. Confirm and submit your order.

We recommend this order placement as the most convenient and error-proof.

All online orders are reviewed within 24 hours.

Products are delivered/shipped Monday – Friday 9.00-19.00 (GMT + 2.00 – Kyiv).

To make an order by email:

1. Select the products you want to buy;
2. Go to Contact Us page
3. Send an email to order@your-beauty-and-health.com
4. In the email please indicate:
   • Each product’s code and name as well as quantity
   • Your mailing address and phone number
   • Contact person’s name
   • Select shipping method if you live outside Kyiv.

We review all email orders within 24 hours.

Before making a call, please prepare to give us names and codes of products you want to order.

Please note that we do NOT accept phone orders from outside Kyiv.

However it might now be easy to give all details by phone, so we strongly recommend you use online and email order options instead. See Product Delivery and Payment sections for more information.
