Order Placement
Option 1 – Online order
To place an online order, follow these simple steps:
- Select the products you want to buy;
- Add these items to the Shopping List – click on "Add to shopping list" button below each product, indicate the desired quantity;
- Go to your Shopping List and review your order;
- Make changes if necessary;
- Enter you name, mailing address, phone number and email address, double-check your details for accuracy (for orders outside Kyiv also select shipping method);
- Confirm and submit your order.
We recommend this order placement as the most convenient and error-proof.
All online orders are reviewed within 24 hours.
Products are delivered/shipped Monday – Friday 9.00-19.00 (GMT + 2.00 – Kyiv).

Option 2 – Email order
To make an order by email:
- Select the products you want to buy;
- Go to Contact Us page
- Send an email to order@your-beauty-and-health.com

In the email please indicate:
- Each product’s code and name as well as quantity
- Your mailing address and phone number
- Contact person’s name
- Select shipping method if you live outside Kyiv.
We review all email orders within 24 hours.
Products are delivered/shipped Monday – Friday 9.00-19.00 (GMT + 2.00 – Kyiv).

Option 3 – Phone order
If for some reason you cannot place an order online or via email, you can contact us by phone (Kyiv only):

Before making a call, please prepare to give us names and codes of products you want to order.
Please note that we do NOT accept phone orders from outside Kyiv.
However it might now be easy to give all details by phone, so we strongly recommend you use online and email order options instead. See Product Delivery and Payment sections for more information.
Shopping Bag
Shopping bag shows all items you’ve selected. Here you can review your order,
add or remove products and edit their quantity.
When you are finished selecting products proceed to Checkout. In the Checkout
enter your contact information and if all is correct, confirm your order.
Product Delivery
Kyiv
We offer courier delivery for all orders made from Kyiv addresses.
Cost of delivery for orders under $199 depends on package weight:

For all orders over 500 UAH delivery is free.
Delivery time
All online and email orders are reviewed within 24 hours and processed within one business day.
Products are delivered Monday – Friday 9.00-19.00 (except state holidays).
Orders made by phone Monday – Friday until 12.00 (GMT + 2.00 – Kyiv) are delivered the same day until 19.00.
Orders made by phone Monday – Thursday after 12.00 (GMT + 2.00 – Kyiv) are delivered the next day from 9.00 to 16.00.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are delivered the following business day.
Ukraine (outside Kyiv)

Regular mail delivery (Ukrainian post office):
Orders under $199 - post office charges + $5
Orders under $499 - post office charges only
Orders over $500 - free delivery

In order to ensure proper order delivery we use a signature on delivery service.
We mail the order only after your payment has been received.

If you want your order to be delivered faster, you can choose an Express delivery option.
We use DHL express delivery service.
Orders under $499 - express delivery charges + $10
Orders under $999 - express delivery charges only

Orders can be delivered outside Ukraine by DHL or any other express delivery service.
Payment
Purchase amount is calculated in your shopping list as Total order amount.
Payment should be made in UAH according to the National Bank official rate at the time of purchase.
