Detailed instructions
Preparation for the Body Wrap session:
Abstain from caffeine, nicotine, dairy products and carbonated drinks that contain sodium for 3 days before and 3 days after the Body Wrap session. These fluids could have a negative effect because they may help the body retain fat.
Use warmed Super Skinny Dip and Super S Cream 3 days in advance of the Body Wrap session. Super Skinny Dip MUST be applied first. If Super S Cream is applied first, Super Skinny Dip will not be absorbed.
Take a hot shower just prior to the Body Wrap session, as it helps open the pores.
For best results, no clothes should be worn under the Body Wrap other than cotton under clothes. (NOTE: A change of garments will be required as under clothes worn during the Body Wrap session will get wet.)
Do NOT wrap the face unless special training has been received as there are numerous pressure points on the face and wrapping these pressure points incorrectly could cause serious damage.
Step #1. Measure
Measure and mark the body every 2-3 inches, starting at the arms and continue down the body finishing at the ankles. Record the measurements on a Measurement Chart.
After applying the Slender Body products (Super Skinny Dip and Super S Cream), wrap the body in Body Wrap.
Step #2. Wrapping
Have someone help.
You may spot wrap if desired.
Start at the waist. Have the person helping, hold the wrap. The person being wrapped slowly rotates. Make sure the wrap is kept flat with no folds, wrinkles or pinching. Keep the wrap firm but comfortable.
Now proceed across the hips and down one leg, making sure the inner thigh area is covered.
Then, take the wrap back up the leg and take it around the stomach once more. Repeat the procedure on the other leg. The legs should be well covered by wrapping down the leg and then back up to the waist.
Wrap up to the midriff area and stand face to face with the person being wrapped. Pull the Body Wrap out and twist the wrap a few times, then take it around the neck and across the body in a cross-the-heart fashion. Now, go around the waist once more and stop at the back.
Go up over the shoulder, then around and down one arm. Come back up the arm and take the wrap over the shoulder and down and around the waist once more, then up and over the other shoulder and down the arm. Do this process until you have full coverage on each arm.
Now, bring the wrap to the stomach area, go around once more, tear the wrap and pat down thoroughly.
Note: When wrapping, do not let the edge of the wrap end near a pressure point. This could cut off circulation and be dangerous. Please refer to the Body Wrap Body Chart for designated pressure points and for examples of how to wrap around these special areas.
Step #3. Exercise
Put on suitable clothing over the wrap - preferably a cotton jogging suit (do not use a sauna suit because it will prevent the body from breathing). Perform LIGHT exercise (see the suggestions below) for one hour to get the blood pumping through your body.
Low-Intensity Exercise Suggestions:
- A brisk walk in your local neighborhood or park.
- Do household chores that use the legs.
- Ride a bicycle or exercycle.
- Do a stretch or step class from the TV or video.
Water must be consumed often during this time.
Step #4. Remove The Wrap
After one hour, unwrap. Pull the wrap away from the body and use scissors to cut the wrap from the arms and legs.
Drink a gallon of water over the next 24-hour period and continue to use the creams.
Although the body may perspire, be sure not to take a shower for at least six hours after the Body Wrap session as the creams will continue to work. Just towel dry.
For additional results use Super Skinny Dip and Super S Cream after the Body Wrap session, as well.
Do not use any body lotions except Super Skinny Dip, Super S Cream and Bio-Mist Activator for 3 days after the Body Wrap session.
Step #5. Re-measure
For best results, re-measure the next day since additional improvements may occur. Because circulation in the body has increased, the apparent reduction in inches may continue even after the exercise and wrap is completed.
Use the Measurement Chart to score the inch loss.
Continue to have Body Wrap sessions every three days until the desired results are achieved. Do NOT repeat Body Wraps any sooner or the body may become overloaded with fat and toxins. Then apply Firm Up morning and night on any sagging skin.
