How to use
Shake Optimal Plus Plant Food before use.
Only prepare as much solution as is going to be immediately used. (Mixed, unused solution should NOT be stored.)
Outdoor Use
Water plants every month during the growing and flowering seasons with a solution of 1 oz. (30 ml) of Optimal Plus Plant Food in 4 quarts (or liters) of water. For best results apply in the morning or evening (avoiding the heat of day). Water plants the day after applying Optimal Plus Plant Food.
Indoor Use
Water plants with a solution of 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of Optimal Plus Plant Food in 4 quarts (or liters) of water once a month during seasons of intense growth. Reduce the frequency to every 2 or 3 months during seasons of slower growth.
NOTE: Because Optimal Plus Plant Food is highly concentrated, small amounts have a powerful impact on the health of plants.
Caution: This product contains more than 0.001% Molybdenum, application of which may result in forage containing levels of molybdenum toxic to ruminant (cud-chewing) animals (e.g. cattle, camels, giraffes).
Storage
Store at room temperature. Avoid freezing. Keep container tightly closed when not in use. Do not store diluted product. Do not store in direct sunlight.
