Who should use

Alleviate™ can be used by people involved in physical athletic or job activities: nurses and grocery checkers that stand on their feet all day, construction workers, runners, tennis players aerobic instructors and many others.

How to use

Neways recommends applying Alleviate™ before, during, and after exercise to increase the speed of recovery and duration of pain relief.

Apply generously and gently massage until absorbed completely. May re-apply 3-4 times daily or as needed.

Used before working out, Alleviate™ helps the body feel invigorated and assists in loosening and warming up the muscles. Used during a workout, it keeps muscles limber. Detailed product description

To help speed recovery of the affected area, Neways included Menthol, Peppermint Oil and Capsicum. These ingredients produce heat and cause the small blood vessels under the skin to open allowing more nutrients to be transported to the stressed muscle fibers speeding the healing process.

Methyl Salicylate is an ingredient that supports the body as it deals with the swelling caused by inflammation and sore muscles, which may occur as a result of vigorous activity.

Lysine Aspartate is an amino acid, which assists muscles after exercise by supporting the body's efforts to deal with the burning sensation often experienced in strenuously exercised muscles.

In addition to these two effective ingredients, Alleviate™ is formulated with ingredients from Neways' skin care products to make it a formula beneficial for the skin, as well as, extremely soothing for the muscles.
