Silence® is a great tasting, soothing, all natural blend specifically designed to help quiet nighttime snoring. Almost everyone will snore at one time or another, but people who are over age 40, overweight, or male are more likely to suffer from chronic snoring. It is estimated that 40% of adults snore - men more than women. After age 60, approximately 60% of men and 40% of women habitually snore.
How to use
Shake well.
Use Silence® immediately before going to bed. Spray 3 to 7 times towards the back of the throat (back and upper part of mouth) each night before bedtime. Hold Silence® in mouth for a few seconds and gently swallow. Avoid food or drink after use.
Silence® may also be used to ease a dry mouth or throat due to emotional stress (performing, singing, or public speaking), coughing, or strenuous exercise. For daily use, spray 1 to 4 times. Avoid food or drink for at least 20-30 minutes after spraying Silence® into back and upper part of mouth.
When used during, the day Silence® will NOT cause drowsiness.
Silence® is perfectly fine for those with high blood pressure.
Silence® is NOT for use in a diffusor.
One 30 ml/1 oz. bottle is approximately a one month supply.
