How to use
Ming Gold® is compatible with all Neways' Nutritional supplements.
For the first week, take 5 tablets twice daily. Thereafter, follow a maintenance program of taking 1-3 tablets in the morning and at night.
If involved in intensive athletic or exercise programs, take 6 to 10 tablets two or three times a day.

Because of the inhibiting effect of Cordyceps on blood aggregation, some anticoagulant and heart drugs may be a poor combination.

Ming Gold®'s key ingredient, Cordyceps, is a grass-like mushroom that was first discovered about 1,500 years ago by the Himalayan mountain herdsmen of Tibet. These herdsmen first noticed the energetic effect of Cordyceps after their sheep and yaks (wild oxen) were found grazing in mountain pastures scattered with this golden mushroom. Eventually, the herdsmen themselves dried Cordyceps to make tea for their own use and benefit.
Neways' researchers have combined Cordyceps with other invigorating herbs to create Ming Gold® - the ultimate energy and endurance booster for athletes to housewives.
