How to use

If you get most of the fiber you need from a diet high in whole grains and fresh fruits and vegetables, one or two tablets should suffice.

If you get little fiber from your diet, try six tablets per day: two with breakfast and four with dinner.

General dosage suggestion

Take 6 tablets per day: 2 tablets three times daily; or take 2 with the morning meal and 4 with the evening meal.

Drink 8 to 10 8-ounce glasses of pure, distilled water each day.

To help provide a potentially more thorough cleansing of the sticky residue that accumulates along the intestinal walls from white flours and sugars, perform a seasonal cleansing several times a year. As a colon-cleansing supplement for diets with insufficient fiber, Feelin' Good contains Flax Seed, Psyllium Husk, and Slippery Elm, and plant-based fiber to help detoxify the body's system naturally by using many oil and water soluble fibers. Studies show great promise to support colon health.

Most fiber products use bulking agents that consist of inorganic fibers. Such products may be popular, but their effectiveness as colon-cleansing aids is questionable. Usually these products are terrible tasting powdered drink mixtures often making them unpleasant to take.
