How to use
Take three tablets with the morning meal and two tablets with the evening meal every day for 25 days. Discontinue completely for five days and then repeat.

50-Day Purification Program:
Take 3 tablets with the morning meal and 2 tablets with the evening meal each day for 25 days. Discontinue use for 5 days. After a five-day interruption, take 3 tablets with the morning meal and 2 tablets with the evening meal each day for 25 additional days. Then discontinue the program or switch to the "maintenance" dosage. (For this purification program, 5 bottles of Purge are needed.)
Maintenance Program:
1-2 tablets each day with the morning meal. (The Maintenance Program will be effective only after completing the 50-Day or 60-Day Purification Program.)
