Chitosorb® is a natural product comprised of Chitosan that inhibits weight-gaining nutrient absorption.
Who should use
Chitosorb® could be of great benefit for those on a dietary program, for high blood pressure or cholesterol.
How to use
Take once a day: 2 to 8 Chitosorb® tablets with water 10-15 minutes before eating your main or heavy meal. Taking a 1000 mg tablet of Vitamin C with every two Chitosorb® tablets can double the effectiveness of Chitosorb®. These ingredients form a substance that collects the unwanted high caloric elements of your meal and eliminates them.
It is advised to drink at least 8 glasses of water throughout the day when taking any fiber product. Reduction of fluid in the body may cause dehydration because of the absorption process of Chitosan.
Do not take vitamin (except vitamin C), mineral supplements or medications within two hours of using Chitosorb®. Chitosorb might bind with fat-soluble vitamins like A, D and E and render them useless.

Do NOT use Chitosorb® if you have a shellfish allergy!
Neways' Cardiol should NOT be used at the same time as Chitosorb®.
It is not advised to take Chitosan if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. Women who are breast feeding need all the nutrients and fat for the nurturing of the child.

Detailed product description
Chitosorb® contains 95% Deacetylated Chitosan fiber - a polysaccharide found in the exoskeleton of shellfish. Chitosan inhibits weight-gaining nutrient absorption as it can bind 10-12 times its own weight in nutrients that contribute to fat buildup and problems attributed to weight gain and cholesterol.
The binding occurs when positively charged chitosan binds with negatively charged fat and bile acids, preventing them from being absorbed into the bloodstream. Chitosan-bound weight gain nutrients become non-absorbable for the stomach. They leave the intestinal tract and are excreted with feces. This also helps to improve the bowel functions and support the digestive system.
